Ed is a Full Professor in the College of Management & Business (CMB) at National-Louis University (NLU) He is also Director of the MBA program at NLU. His areas of specialty are Strategic Thinking & Organizational Ethics. In addition to WACRA, Ed is a long-standing member of The Association for Practical & Professional Ethics, and has presented many papers over the years on his specialty, "The Principle of Subsidiarity". Ed has also presented many papers on teaching innovations at the Robert Morris "Teaching Economics" conference. Ed has recently become a member of The American Philosophical Practitioners Association.

Ed also operates as a strategic consultant to several small & medium sized organizations across the country. His specialty is helping those organizations develop organizational integrity and other organizational culture-based positions to serve as resource-based competitive advantages.

Ed has also been President of a small life insurance company & Vice-President of a medium sized life insurance/NASD brokerage. Ed has also served as principal for an NASD brokerage. In addition Ed was producer and talent of a long-running local (East Lansing, MI) television program.
