Dr. Ramón Ariel Quesada Garcia

| Dr. Quesada
graduated as a Geophysics Engineer in 1974 from Havana University, Cuba.
From 1975 to 2002 he worked as a teacher and researcher in radiometric
techniques applied to geology in Cuba, collaborating with the Charles
University Geophysics Department in Prague, the Czech Republic. In 1998, he
received his Ph. D. in Technical Science from Havana Higher Polytechnic
Institute, Cuba, and also a degree in Environmental Protection from Alicante
University, Spain. In the last
fifteen years he has been using games, simulations and cases to teach
Radiometry, Statistics and Environmental Protection. He has been a member of
WACRA Advisory Board since 1999, and in 2003 he founded, with a colleague
from HEC Montreal, Canada, PIDEC, a Case Study Development Program in
Spanish directed to Spanish and Latin American Universities. Through courses
and conferences, PIDEC members had meet in universities from: Spain,
Portugal, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Cuba, France and Canada. Dr. Quesada has been member of WACRA Advisory Board since 1999. |
