Most international airlines and many hotels nowadays follow a model of reassessing their 'inventory of unsold space' continuously. As bookings increase, the inventory declines and... the prices increase. In simple terms: to avoid paying the procrastinator's premium, don't wait making your airline and hotel arrangements. The Hotels will hold the blocks of reserved rooms only until March 25, 1999 - if the supply lasts that long. Transportation from the conference hotel'V Centenario to the conference center San Francisco and back will be provided for conference delegates in the morning and evening. The Colegio Mayor is located in the heart of the old part of town where buses cannot enter. The walk to the conference center is about 15 minutes (through cobblestone streets).
