Project Manager for Curriculum Development

Anja Lkoundi is Project Manager for curriculum development of the interfaculty "Communication and MultiMedia Design" program (bachelor's/masters level). This is a joint project of the professional universities of Heerlen, Netherlands (Faculty of Information Technology), Aachen, Germany (Faculty of Design) and Genk, Belgium (Faculty of Applied Art and Media). More information is available on the web site: www.c-md.com. Before this, she worked at the Open University of the Netherlands as an educational technologist. She specializes in case-based and practice-oriented learning, with or without ICT support. She has written a book on this subject with Willem van Woerden and has published a number of articles about it.

She has advised several universities on their educational programs and curriculum development (Professional University in 's Hertogenbosch, HanzeHogeschool Groningen, Agricultural University in Wageningen, and Agricultural University Timiriyazow in Moscow). She has developed several cases with these and three other institutions. She has also worked as a teacher in comparative education and educational technology in higher education (Amsterdam and Leeuwarden). She graduated from the State University of Utrecht and Université Paris VII in Education (Educational Technology) and Comparative Education.
