Dr. Dupuy is the Robert M. Vance Professor of Economics and Business Administration at Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) at the College of William and Mary and both an MBA and a Ph.D. in business at the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill).

Dr. Dupuy has had diverse experience in both the business and academic arenas. He began his career as a banker at the Philadelphia National Bank, followed by the Lighthouse Point Bank in Pompano Beach, Florida, where he was Vice President.

He then made a career change to the academic world, where he was an Associate Professor and Director of Executive Programs at the University of Virginia and then was Dean of the School of Business at Lynchburg College.

In the early 80s Dr. Dupuy returned to the business world as Vice President of Drake Beam Morin, a human resources consulting firm. He then started the Atlanta office of another consulting firm, King Chapman & Broussard.

In 1989 Dr. Dupuy became the Fuller E. Callaway Professor of Management at LaGrange College, where he won the Southern Business Administration Association's Innovative Award and The Freedom Foundation's Leavey Award for Excellence in Private Enterprise Education.

Dr. Dupuy combines his interests in education and consulting as the Vance Professor at Presbyterian College. He teaches courses and workshops in Management, Marketing, Strategy, Ethics, and Entrepreneurship, as well as consulting with industry in these fields.
