| Lars Bengtsson is an Associate Professor at the School of Economics and Management,
Lund University, Sweden and PhD from the same school.
He has taught for about 15 years at the undergraduate,
postgraduate and doctoral level mainly in strategic management and
organization theory often using the case method.
He has written several textbooks (in Swedish) in the area of strategic
management currently used by several Swedish universities.
He is interested in developing interactive teaching forms,
especially to combine research and teaching in new interactive forms.
He has led several teaching activities in the case method for teachers
at different Swedish and Nordic universities.
He has been a member of WACRA since 1996 and was responsible
for the hosting of the 18th annual WACRA conference in Lund June 2001.
His research interests include inter-organizational and organizational
learning, diversification, strategic alliances, the resource-based theory of the firm and the case method.
He has published several books in the strategic management area and articles including Organization Science,
European Journal of Management, Scandinavian Journal of Management
and International Studies of Management and Organization.
Current research areas are science parks and new technology-based firms.
