Hans E. Klein, D.B.A., C.M.A. is the President & Executive Director of WACRA. He has edited 30 books on interactive, case-method based teaching and learning. Education: Banking Academy Germany, D.B.A. University of Kentucky, C.M.A. He is editor-in-chief of IJCRA, The International Journal of Case Method Research & Application. He has and is conducting conferences, seminars and workshops in many Western and Central European countries, South America North America and speaks frequently at international conferences.

Denise is the assistant to the Executive Director of WACRA and supports the Greensboro, NC based conference center. Denise is instrumental in organizing and coordinating all conference arrangements, travel logistics, program agendas, proposal review process, compiling and editing selected papers for publication, etc.
